  • How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments can be made direct by bank transfer with no additional cost.

  • How long can I book for?

Please book your reservations, at least 2 days in advance,

  • Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

All bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the booking.

  • How do I collect the keys?

Details will be sent to you at least 48 hours before check-in as long as you have paid in full for your stay.

  • Where do I return the keys?

Please leave the keys inside the accommodation.

  • What time is check in?

Check in is at 4pm

  • What time is check out?

Check out is at 10.00am sharp. (Later check out may be available subject to availability and at an additional cost)

  • What is the Wi-Fi password?

The Wi-Fi code can be found on the base of the router and on the welcome information found in the property.

  • What parking is available?

There are 2 allocated parking spaces to the back of the property, protected by an electronic gate. A remote key-fob will be issued upon check in.

  • How many can you accommodate?

We allow a maximum of 6 people in the house.

  • Are there tea, coffee etc.?

In each apartment we provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a few cooking condiments.
