Our fully furnished apartment has a king sized bedroom and a double bedroom which can accommodate 2 people each. There is a further sofa bed in the lounge for 1 more person if required.
We have a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and a spacious lounge. A flat screen TV and Broadband are supplied, as are our premium linen and towel service provided in the price and changed weekly. To welcome you, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are offered, and for our longer term guests, wines and chocolates, so come and stay!
Winchester is steeped in history being England’s ancient capital and former seat of King Alfred the Great. Today Winchester combines the best of city life with the freshness of the surrounding countryside, an hour by train from London with world class attractions and architecture including its gothic cathedral. This city boasts award winning pubs and restaurants, the UK’s largest farmers market (second and final Sunday), the Christmas Market, various street markets and fairs and a tempting array of independent shops, all within easy walking distance from Swan Lane. For those everyday essentials the co-op supermarket is just below the front of the apartment on City Road.
For those wishing to venture further afield, Stonehenge, the New Forest, Salisbury, the South Downs National Park and the Isle of Wight are all within reasonably easy reach from Winchester.
The apartment is close to everything! The Station, The cathedral, the Theatre, the shops and countless quality eating and drinking venues. We are also very near (almost on top of!) the co-op supermarket, open 7am – 11pm daily, easy to get to for anything else you may need. You will be spoilt for choice but if you need any further inspiration, our apartment boast all the latest local and regional tourist brochures so you can browse to your hearts content to choose how you wish to spend your stay.
