Tom Whatton is the founder of StayZo Ltd, a serviced accommodation provider with houses and apartments located across the UK. He oversees every new property set up, booking, guest communication and preparing the property for the next guest. Originally from Hertfordshire himself, Tom grew up just a few miles away from StayZo’s first location in Welwyn Garden City
After formal education, Tom went on to study, qualify and work as an accountant until he decided to devote his time to his business that he had been working in, part time, since May 2018. As a result of the current pandemic, many accommodation companies have shrunk yet Tom decided to expand and this has resulted in more properties and more challenges. This has all been done with the support of his family.
Despite his unquestioned success, Tom remains humble about his accomplishments. He maintains it is right to keep the right perspective, something that he instils into his 3 children.
Without a doubt, it was his hard work and desire to excel that got Tom off to a great start in his early career and then at StayZo. It was his vision and courage that moved him on to where the company is now. Today, it is his warmth and passion that make him such a valuable resource to the company, his clients and to all those that work around him.
